Dîner lorsque vous vivez seul (ou parfois simplement manger seul... pensez à un dortoir ou à un appartement avec des colocataires) peut parfois être ennuyeux ! Eh bien, je suis ici pour vous dire que vous pouvez améliorer votre expérience culinaire avec un peu d'aide de Table for One, de jolies tables pour une salle à manger individuelle !
Salut à tous ! Etes vous prets pour la fin de semaine! Bien sûr ! J’ai quitté le travail un peu plus tôt aujourd’hui, car je me sentais un peu « meh ». Je suis rentré à la maison et j'ai fait une petite sieste et je me sens mieux. Plus tôt cette année, j'ai partagé une photo sur Instagram d'un plateau avec mon couvert dessus. La photo provient à l'origine d'un article dans lequel je parlais de trois objets que chaque petite maison devrait posséder. J'ai partagé à quel point un simple plateau galvanisé est si utile dans une petite maison, y compris pour prendre mes repas (une table à manger occupe trop d'espace dans ma petite maison !)
J'en ai reçu tellement likes et commentaires sur la photo Instagram, j'ai décidé que partager régulièrement une « Table pour un » pourrait bien être la solution pour ceux d'entre nous qui vivent seuls, ou même dans une maison où les colocataires ne mangent pas toujours ensemble. 😉 Alors, allons-y, d'accord ?

Pour la toute première table pour One, j'ai décidé d'y aller tout estival ! (Été est un mot, n'est-ce pas ?)
Mon inspiration pour ce décor de table est venue de la boîte d'abonnement Sand Dollar Lane. Le thème de ce mois-ci était Dining Al Fresco, mais comme il fait si chaud ici à So. Cal., J'ai décidé de ramener la salle à manger à l'intérieur ! (Plus d'informations sur Sand Dollar Lane dans un instant !)
Rendez-le simple et facile
J'adore la sensation de légèreté et d'aération de cette table. Lorsque je dîne en été, j'aime rendre les choses simples (d'accord, de qui je plaisante, j'aime TOUJOURS rendre les choses simples). « Simple » fonctionne également très bien pour moi qui vis dans une petite maison !

J'adore cette assiette en forme de dollar de sable rose sur le « chargeur » de couleur ivoire. Tellement estival (j'en fais un mot) et côtier !
Et je trouve que les détails des deux assiettes se complètent parfaitement ! Je voulais ajouter un peu de dimension et d'intérêt à la table, alors j'ai ajouté cette jolie serviette florale. J'aime utiliser des serviettes en tissu, car elles sont économiques ET jolies !
Envelopper la servietteen ficelle et y attacher une petite coquille était super facile et, encore une fois, cela faisait un clin d'œil à l'ambiance estivale côtière !
Pour habiller encore plus le paysage de la table, j'ai ajouté un petit vase de ferme avec quelques petites fleurs. , un petit pot couleur sable et une étoile de mer. (Oui, oui... les fleurs sont fausses... pas eu le temps d'aller en chercher des vraies ! Héhé !)
Simple, mais tellement jolie ! (J'adore la façon dont le chemin de table en lin donne une sensation « aérée et légère » supplémentaire à la table.)
J'ai appris que placer les fleurs près du verre permettait d'obtenir un décor ET une photo plus intéressants. Dans cinq ans, nous regarderons en arrière ensemble et nous dirons : « Tu te souviens quand tu cherchais à te coiffer et à prendre des photos ? Vous vous souvenez de cette première Table for One ? Vous avez parcouru un long chemin ! Du moins, j'espère qu'on dira ça ! 😉

Maintenant, passons aux choses amusantes ! Achats!!! (d'accord... PLUS de trucs amusants !) La boîte d'abonnement Sand Dollar Lane propose une collection organisée de décorations de ferme côtière avec un thème différent chaque mois. Ma boîte de juillet comprenait :
- 4 dollars de sable roses en mélamine vaisselle
- 4 gobelets en mélamine aqua

- 2 bacs à glaçons en silicone (palmier et flamants roses).
Où est le pichet orange que vous demandez ??? La séance photo à l’extérieur (en plein air) s’est déroulée vers le sud, mais je vais quand même vous montrer le pichet ! (N'oubliez pas, les amis, 5 ans !)
N'est-ce pas mignon ?! C'est difficile à dire ici, mais il a les mêmes détails de défilement que les gobelets.
